Consulting services are available to both CAOA subscribers and non-subscribers. However, the recommended approach is to run the consulting engagement concurrently with a CAOA subscription so that process improvements can be implemented directly inside the platform. If you are a prospective client, our team can scope a consulting project alongside a platform trial so you see real-world results before committing to an annual plan.
Each engagement is led by a dedicated Practice Management Consultant with direct experience in CA and CPA firm operations. You will have a named contact for the duration of the engagement. For complex or large-firm projects, an additional specialist (technology implementation, change management, or HR process design) is brought in as needed. You will not be handed off to a generic support team — the same consultant who completed your discovery session leads your entire project.
