The White Label solution gives you a fully branded deployment of CAOA: your own logo, colour scheme, and firm name replace all CAOA branding across the web app, mobile app, client portal, email notifications, and generated reports. You get your own custom domain (e.g. app.yourfirmname.com), a dedicated mobile app listing (iOS and Android) under your brand name, and the option to host on your own server or in your own cloud environment. All CAOA modules — task, client, document, account, payroll, employee, analytics, and AI — are included in the White Label deployment.
Yes. Server installation is a core feature of the White Label option. CAOA provides the full software package, installation documentation, and an implementation engineer who guides your IT team through the deployment. The software runs on standard Linux server infrastructure (Ubuntu 20.04+) with a PostgreSQL database. You control the server environment, data storage, and backup schedule. CAOA provides software updates and patches on a regular release cycle, which your team applies at a time that suits your maintenance windows.
The White Label plan requires a minimum of 25 users. This threshold reflects the implementation and customisation investment required to set up a branded deployment. For accounting associations and ICAI chapters onboarding an entire member network, volume pricing is available and the per-user rate decreases significantly at scale. Single-firm deployments below 25 users are better served by CAOA's standard SaaS plan.
A standard White Label deployment — cloud-hosted on CAOA's infrastructure with your branding — typically takes 10 to 15 business days from signed agreement to go-live. A self-hosted (own server) deployment requires 20 to 30 business days to allow for server provisioning, installation, and testing. Custom feature development (if you need workflows or modules specific to your organisation) is scoped separately and timelines depend on complexity.
Yes. CAOA's White Label reseller model allows accounting associations, CA networks, and enterprise groups to deploy the platform to their member firms or subsidiary offices under their brand. Each member firm gets their own isolated account within the White Label environment. The association or network controls central billing, platform configuration, and module availability. Revenue-sharing arrangements for reseller partnerships are available — contact the CAOA partnerships team at sales@caofficeautomation.com for a reseller agreement.
